10 Mins with Max Vial

Max Vial, 21 years old from Blois, France races in the Enduro World Championship, Super Enduro World Championship and French National Enduro Championship.

What was your best result last season? and in which series did you race in?

My best result this year was my 3rd at the Superenduro world Championship. Its was amazing ! I ride in Junior class (-23 yo).  Last year my bike was 350cc four stroke Husqvarna AtomicMoto.

What series of races do you riding in this season?

This year I ride on the SuperEnduro WorldChampionship Junior class, Enduro French Championship Junior class,  some extreme Enduro races (Alestrem, Erzberg Rodeo, Redbull Romaniacs…) and maybe the European Enduro Championship or Enduro World Championship.  My contract with my team is not determined.

What are your goals for the season in the coming year?

My principal goal this year is the SuperEnduro.  I would like to be the new world champion and 100% focused on that.

You travel all over the world, where is your favorite destination to ride?

It’s a good question, with the sun all the countries are good for ride (haha) but this year i was go in Germany for the European Enduro Championship and the track was very Good. I win my first European race this week.

What other sports do you like? do you ride MTB? are you going to run? ski? snowboard?

I pratice all the sport for my training;  running, biking, swimming, fit training and more but my best sport after Moto is Skiing.  I love the pow!

What else is new?

I’ve  just started working with Olfi action cameras and working on a film edit soon.   The camera in 4K it’s just the best quality.  The design is so fresh and with all accessories its possible to do everything.  Im really happy to be an Olfi rider.

We love the mountains! What is the best mountain destination you have visited and why?

For me the best is the French Alpes.  Every year  I go to  Val d’Isère for the skiing.  Its the best and most amazing place.
