The world’s largest open-air gondola opened in Tignes last September. It will be open all summer and take visitors to 3,653 metres. During the five-minute journey, enjoy views of Mont Blanc, Vanoise National Park and the Grande Motte glacier. At the top, there is a discovery trail and two footbridges.
In Valmorel, the guide Jean-Pascal Simond organises a two-day hike with a night under the stars. It costs €45 per person and includes a mattress, a sleeping bag, a meal around a fire and, the following day, a 440-metre vertical ascent to Crève-Tête.
Spend the day with alpine shepherds in Arêches-Beaufort and help to milk the cows. In the evening, share a dinner with the shepherds under the stars before spending the night in a four-poster bed at 1,700 metres!
Hero Game is a new activity in Les Arcs. Based on ‘Mud Day’, Hero Game is an outdoor challenge to be experienced as a group. It is a family-friendly challenge where each member helps the others to overcome different challenges: obstacle courses with things to climb over, nets to climb under, a mud bat… and more!
