High Value Biking Holidays in the Tatra Mountains

A British-run mountain holiday company called Jasna Adventures has launched a number of holiday packages for cyclists and families this summer.

Guided rides include uplifted downhill and cross country for mountain bikers and guided group options for road cyclists. including accommodation in the company’s Dragon’s Lair chalet.

The Tatras Mountain range run across northeastern Europe and Jasna Adventures are located in northern Slovakia.

“The area is an ideal base and an alternative to the Alps for cyclists that want to try something a little new and different, and away from the usual crowds,” said Justin Garrett, Co-founder of Jasna Adventures.

It’s a popular area amongst locals, with an established bike park providing lift-accessed downhill mountain biking as well as huge opportunities for single track cross country and enduro style riding. Options for road cycling include a number of loops from the chalet as well as van transfer options, with a variety of routes available for all levels, including long climbs and more gentle rides with plenty of ‘refreshment’ stops.

Other packages include Cross Country/Singletrack mountain biking – 5 nights / 4 days riding from £388 per person including B&B accommodation in the Dragon’s Lair, guided mountain biking, local transport, airport transfers, bike support, wellness/hot tub/sauna, and more.

Road Cycling – 5 nights / 4 days riding from £395 per person including B&B accommodation in the Dragon’s Lair, guided road cycling, local transport, airport transfers, bike support, wellness/hot tub/sauna, water bottle and daily snack pack.

Family Cycling Holiday – Paths and Farm Trails – 5 nights / 4 days riding from £374 per person for including B&B accommodation in the Dragon’s Lair, guided road cycling, local transport, airport transfers, bike support, wellness/hot tub/sauna, and more.
