Running Music and Adventure Festival Returns

The world’s first running, music and adventure festival, Love Trails, staged in Wales, is back. Along with a host of musical acts, this July’s festival will include the Official World Beer Mile Championships and the world’s first Adventure Obstacle Course which will see teams of four run around a 5km looped course with in-race adventure obstacles such as axe throwing, bouldering and archery.  

This festival also offers a range of yoga and fitness classes from sunrise yoga to POP Pilates, hot tubs, a sauna and plunge pool and wild swimming as well as a diverse array of workshops including a vegan cooking workshop, post–run nutrition workshops, exercise on the brain, how to run trails, strength and conditioning and microadventures, among many more. 

Adult tickets are priced at £149 per person, with teen and junior discounts and children five and under free.
